Reno Leads generates bathroom renovation enquiries and supplies them to local renovation companies in South London and Surrey. This policy explains what we do with personal information. It covers two groups of people: homeowners who ask us for a renovation quote, and trade businesses we contact about our service.

If you asked us for a renovation quote (homeowners)

What we collect

The details you put in our enquiry form. Usually your name, phone number, postcode, and what work you want done.

What we do with it

We pass your details to one local bathroom renovation company so they can contact you about your quote. One company only. We do not sell your details to anyone else, and we do not add you to any other marketing lists. We also send you a text to confirm your enquiry and check the details.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form — the form tells you exactly this before you tap Submit. You can withdraw it at any time using the contact details above, and we will stop, and tell the company we passed your details to.

After we pass your details on

The renovation company is responsible in its own right for what it does with them. If you want to know how they handle your data, ask them; we will give you their name if you have lost it.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry details for 6 months, then we delete them. A record that you consented (date, time, which form) for 24 months, then we delete that too.

If we have called your business (trade businesses)

What we hold

Your name, business name, phone number, the area you work in, and where we found you. We collect these from public business listings such as Google Maps, Checkatrade and MyBuilder.

Why we call

To tell you about our lead-generation service for renovation businesses. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: you have listed your business publicly to be contacted about work, and we contact you about work. We screen numbers against the Telephone Preference Service before calling.

If you don't want to hear from us

Say so on the call, or text us. We stop immediately and keep only your number on a do-not-call list so we never contact you again. First time, every time, no argument.

How long we keep it

12 months from our last contact with you, then we delete your details.

Everyone: your rights

You can ask us to: give you a copy of your data (access), correct it, delete it (erasure), stop using it (objection or restriction), or move it (portability). You can withdraw any consent at any time. Contact [email protected] or text the number that contacted you. We answer within one month, and we do not charge.

Where your data lives

In our customer management system (GoHighLevel) and, for homeowner enquiries, briefly with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), whose forms we use to collect them. Some of these providers store data outside the UK under UK-approved safeguards.

Complaints

We would rather fix it ourselves, but you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
